Mr. Mejia maximizes all external relationships with government, mental health organizations, professional groups and the community-at-large, and serves as the visible spokesperson for the agency. His activities follow the agency’s stated purpose and the strategic plan, and are demonstrated in a manner that reflects stewardship of the agency’s resources, and that achieves performance goals. Mr. Mejia is responsible for working effectively with the Board.
Mrs. Ladmirault has extensive experience overseeing and developing the Clinical Department. This includes hiring, supervising, evaluating clinical program needs, and scheduling. Mrs. Ladmirault has over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health and mental health fields and she utilizes evidenced based models to address challenging behaviors of infants, children, adolescents, adults, and families, for those involved with the child welfare/foster care system. Mrs. Ladmirault is an expert therapist, who is able to exhibit effective interventions, and provide protocols for positive guidance of the Behavioral Health Specialists, and ensures that the services performed are medically necessary for the clients. She consistently develops, plans and implements strategies for program continuation and growth. Mrs. Ladmirault provides clinical training to clinical staff, students, and interns; and she has a positive, supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. She has the ability to think globally, solve problems, and has effective decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Mr. Tuioti has extensive experience as CEO of a mental health agency. As the Director, he represents the agency by answering any questions posed by patients, families, staff, government officials, or the greater public. On a typical day, behavioral health directors can be found hiring new staff, coordinating work schedules, supervising staff, and overseeing the annual budget, applying for grant funding, evaluating staff performance, or providing workshop training. Mr. Tuioti participates in conferences and board meetings to ensure the mental health agency is abiding by the latest state or federal regulations. Mr. Tuioti has worked as Child Care Worker Supervisor, Family Case Manager Specialist, Deputy Probation Counselor and Family Services Specialist, ABC Drug Court Program Specialist, to name a few.
Dr. Gallego has extensive experience in the treatment of substance abuse, trauma and domestic violence. Dr. Gallego is a certified Domestic Violence counselor, for over 5 years. He is currently a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Intern. Mr. Gallego has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He under direct supervision, plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and evaluates the services of major program such as substance abuse and domestic violence programs. Dr. Gallego has ability to provide education and treatment groups, individual counseling, assessments, evaluations, excellent analytical skills, strong knowledge of chemical dependency treatment, domestic violence counseling and mental health counseling treatment, strong research skills, critical thinker, computer proficient, energetic and organized, he has excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills. Mr. Gallego is bilingual and has extensive experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which has an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches, EMDR is use for any type of trauma such as (PTSD) post-traumatic stress disorder.

Dr. Waite gathers and maintains patient information and records, including biological, social, and medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or other professionals. He obtains medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals. Dr. Waite consistently collaborates with Physicians, Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurses, and other professionals to discuss and maintain medically necessary treatment plans and progress for each client. With over 40 years of professional practice, Dr. Waite is the Medical Clinician for Treatment Solutions of Nevada. Dr. Waite education and training began in London, England at Kings College. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Waite completed his residency worked at the prestigious Kings College Hospital. Dr. Waite completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship (Post Graduate) at the Missouri Institute of Psychiatry in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Waite soon opened his private practice, on staff with VA medical center in St. Louis and was also the Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at St. Louis University Medical School from 1978-1993.
